plista’s self-service tool gives advertisers direct control over their native advertising, allowing them to plan, create, and initiate their digital campaigns autonomously. Designed with user-friendliness, this tool offers a streamlined interface where advertisers can define target audiences, allocate budgets, opt for specific ad placements, and set campaign durations. Integrated analytics and real-time feedback mechanisms ensure not only a simplified campaign creation process but also deliver immediate insights into how campaigns are performing. With Plista’s self-service platform, businesses of all sizes can efficiently manage their digital advertising, harnessing the power and precision that the platform offers without intermediary intervention.

User research

During our research on the app’s onboarding process, we discovered that it needed to be simplified and perfected to prevent users from leaving. Our research also highlighted the importance of showcasing the product’s value during the user’s initial interaction with the app. To achieve this, we decided to introduce a new user flow that would guide them in creating an ad with the help of artificial intelligence.

Our aim was to create a lasting impression on the user and reinforce the value of the product. Once the user creates the ad, they can use it in a new campaign.

Pain points

Users drop out in the onboarding process

User dropout during onboarding indicates a significant challenge. Understanding and addressing the root causes, such as complexity or unclear instructions, is essential for an improved onboarding experience and sustained user engagement.

Users have difficulty with the ad creation process

Users express challenges in selecting an appropriate creative for their ads, crafting compelling titles, composing accompanying text for descriptions, and defining effective calls-to-action.

Users have difficulty with the campaign branding process

Numerous users struggle to craft campaign branding that uniquely characterizes their business, and facing challenges in establishing a distinctive identity.

Campaign branding

We created an option to extract the brand identity from the user’s website.

Like the logo, the main colors, the titles, and the general description.

With a simple action, the user can start building his campaign identity effortlessly.

Selecting the right image is crucial to creating an effective ad, but many users struggle to identify the most engaging image. To address this issue, we leverage artificial intelligence and preliminary product analysis to assist users in selecting the optimal image.

The title, description, and call to action of a campaign can significantly impact its effectiveness. We have received feedback from our users that finding the right copywriting for their campaign has been a challenge. 

To address this issue, we have introduced a personal assistant powered by artificial intelligence.

What's next?

It is evident that incorporating artificial intelligence into a self-service application empowers the user to work autonomously and achieve optimal outcomes. Our next objective is to explore artificial intelligence options that can enhance campaign performance, and simplify data analysis, and decision-making.
